location was excellent a abundance of eateries. Mayfair is a very clean area.Staff were accommodating if you requested anything

For a 5 star apartment we didn’t think it lived up to expectations,the furniture and facilities were tired. for an apartment not enough cooking facilities very strange taps in both bathrooms

Prime location, steep price, friendly staff and service, large flat, some old furniture

*****The Staff: Louis was very helpful during our stay and very easy to deal with Very prime location close to both hyde park and green park The street is very quite but the neighborhood is lively I would recommend this stay to everyone who comes to london

- I think the bedroom (beds mattress) need sone attention they could improve it with minimum cost - price: I am not knowledgeable about London prices but 1300£ for 2 nights is quite steep - the building has 10 apartments all run by the same company ours was in the 1st floor so we didn’t need the lift but the lift was broken during our stay

massive apartment, great location.

lots of space. bedrooms a really good size. had a coffee machine with pods which was great. beds were very comfy . massive TV. easy check in process and staff were very friendly . really good value for money compared to hotel rooms in the area

A great experience in London

It was nice and very important that we received the right notice ahead of time on how to obtain the keys to enter the apartment. The apartment is in very good location. We walked to every monument we visited in London. Buckingham Palace is just about 15min walk, Trafalgar square, Westminster Abbe, and Big Ben just about 45-50min walk if you combined the three places. The British museum is 30min walk and the British War II museum is about 25min walk as well. If you don't have young kids with you, it's equally possible to reach the London, and Tower Bridges, and the London eye in a span of 1h to1h20 min walk. Walking provides the opportunity to discover so much. If would like shopping, then Oxford street has all the brands you are looking for. It's 20min walk away from the apartment. It's a great and safe location to stay in London, plus there a well functioning grocery shop around the corner. The heating system was not an issue.

It would have been great if we had someone to meet us in person, and inform us that someone would come and collect the keys. It bathroom needs a bit of refurbishing and the windows as well. The neighborhood is full luxury cars and some of the cars are a bit noisy at night. The window are bit thin so when it's late you can here noise from outside. I think a few more cooking pots in the kitchen will not hurt.

Great location with easy access to central London and brilliant value for money

The property is located centrally with access to Marble arch, Green Park and Oxford Circus as well as Mayfair. It was actually bigger than i thought and very spacious. A ton of towels were provided, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Couldn't have asked for anything more with that price which was great value for money. Would definitely consider staying here again as an option to the exorbitant prices for the hotels around Park Lane.

The floors were dusty. Not a deal breaker but just worth mentioning. Also the elevator is a bit old and small but still gets you to your desired floor for those with luggage.

Fantastic location in the heart of Mayfair.

No Maid Service, but the apartment did have a Washer/Dryer, so we were able to wash towels every night, so it wasn't a big deal.
